Frequently Asked
Questions
What services do you provide for elderly clients?
We offer a wide range of services, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
Is care available 24/7?
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling — from a few hours a day to 24/7 live-in care — depending on your loved one’s needs.
Can I change my assigned caregiver if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, your satisfaction and comfort are our top priority. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will promptly arrange for a different caregiver.
Is your service covered by insurance or Medicare?
Some services may be covered by long-term care insurance or other private policies. We recommend contacting your insurance provider for specific coverage details. At this time, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Do you provide care for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia?
Yes, we have caregivers specifically trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. They provide structured routines and support to ensure safety, reduce confusion, and promote emotional well-being.
Are your caregivers trained and certified?
Yes, all our caregivers are thoroughly screened, trained, and certified in elderly care. Many also have additional qualifications in dementia care, CPR, and first aid.
How do you match caregivers with clients?
We conduct a detailed assessment to understand your loved one’s personality, needs, and preferences. Based on that, we match them with a compatible caregiver to ensure comfort and trust.
What safety measures do you have in place?
All caregivers undergo background checks, reference verification, and ongoing training. We also follow strict health and hygiene protocols, especially for infection prevention.
How soon can services begin?
Services can usually begin within 24 to 48 hours after the initial assessment, depending on availability and the level of care required.
